- 外水进入是污水处理厂进水COD低、生活污水集中处理率低的主要原因。某市为加快补齐污水收集处理短板弱项,采取水质检测、人工及仪器排查的方法,通过非工程措施(管网低水位运行、取消化粪池及控制河道水位等)和工程措施(管道和检查井修复、排口整治、混错接改造)应急提升污水处理厂进水COD。采取上述措施后,主城区6座污水处理厂进水COD平均提高约30%,生活污水集中收集处理率平均提高约10%。实践表明,排口整治和河道水位控制可解决河水倒灌问题,是评价其他措施效果的基础。沿河及过河管道和检查井修复对于污水处理厂进水COD应急提升效果明显,混错接改造次之。在实施工程措施后,管网低水位运行可以进一步提升污水处理厂进水COD。取消化粪池后效果明显,但需在市政管网彻底雨污分流后开展。
- Abstract:
- The inflow of external water is the main reason for the low influent COD of the the sewage treatment plant and low centralized treatment rate of domestic sewage. In order to accelerate the improvement of the shortcomings in sewage collection and treatment, a city has adopted water quality testing, manual and instrument inspection methods. Through non?engineering measures such as low water level operation of the pipe network, cancellation of septic tanks and control of river water levels, as well as engineering measures such as pipe and manhole repair, outlet rectification and mixed and misconnected pipeline renovation, the influent COD of the sewage treatment plant has been urgently increased. After the completion of the project, the average influent COD of the 6 sewage treatment plants in the main urban area increased by approximately 30%, and the average centralized collection and treatment rate of domestic sewage increased by approximately 10%. Practical experience has shown that the rectification of discharge outlets and the control of river water levels can solve the problem of backflow of river water, and this is the basis for evaluating the effectiveness of other measures. The repair of pipelines and inspection wells along and across the river has a significant emergency effect on the influent COD of the sewage treatment plant, followed by the rectification of mixed and misconnected pipes. After the implementation of engineering measures, the operation of the pipeline at a low water level can further increase the concentration. The effect of eliminating septic tanks is obvious, but it should be carried out after the complete separation of rainwater and sewage in the municipal pipeline.
