- 针对城市综合管廊运维中面临的结构安全风险与管理效率问题,以武汉黄孝河综合管廊为对象,构建融合结构监测、智能巡检机器人及建筑信息模型(BIM)+地理信息系统(GIS)等技术的智慧管理体系。通过对管廊运营期进行风险分析,设计涵盖沉降、倾斜等7项指标的结构监测子系统,实现结构状态全时段感知;智能巡检机器人子系统集成气体、温/湿度检测、红外热成像及视觉识别功能,实现环境动态监测、病害自动识别,解决固定监控盲区与人工巡检低效问题;基于BIM+GIS技术构建智慧管理平台,整合结构监测和机器人巡检数据,实现多源数据时空分析与三维可视化展示。工程应用实践表明,该平台提升了管廊运维的数字化与智能化水平,为复杂环境下综合管廊安全高效运维提供了可复制的方案。
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the structural safety risks and management efficiency issues faced in the operation and maintenance of urban utility tunnels, a smart management system integrating structural monitoring, intelligent inspection robots, and BIM+GIS technologies was constructed for the Huangxiaohe utility tunnel in Wuhan. Through risk analysis during the tunnel’s operational period, a structural monitoring subsystem covering seven indicators such as settlement and inclination was designed to achieve full-time perception of the structural state; the intelligent inspection robot subsystem integrates gas, temperature/humidity detection, infrared thermography, and visual recognition functions to realize dynamic environmental monitoring and automatic identification of defects, addressing the problems of fixed monitoring blind spots and low efficiency of manual inspection; a smart management platform based on BIM+GIS technology was built to integrate structural monitoring and robot inspection data, achieving spatio-temporal analysis and 3D visual display of multi-source data. Engineering applications show that this platform has improved the digitalization and intelligence level of the tunnel’s operation and maintenance, provided a replicable solution for safe and efficient operation and maintenance of utility tunnels in complex environments.
