- 应用Bentley Hammer软件对高落差重力流异性输水管网QT工程的关阀规律开展研究。通过计算和对比多组不同线性关阀时长及两阶段关阀下主管、支管的水力过渡过程,得出较优的关阀操作规律,即主管执行40 s-90%-160 s关阀,间隔1.0倍主管水锤波相长(Tr主管)后支管执行30 s-80%-70 s关阀。结果表明,对于含支管的输水系统,两段式关阀时,在支管与主管的关阀时间间隔为(0.5~1.5)Tr主管条件下可有效降低输水系统水锤压力;线性关阀时,在节制阀关阀总时长与水锤波相长之比k<10条件下,延长线性关阀总时长可有效降低管道最大水锤压力和压力波动时长。但k>30时该方法失效,且该结论适用于阀门特性曲线不同的球阀和蝶阀。关阀总时长相同的两段式关阀的经济性优于线性关阀,主管、支管间隔关阀的经济性优于无间隔关阀。

- The Bentley Hammer software was applied to investigate the valve closing rules for the QT project, a high-drop gravity-flow heterogeneous water pipeline network. By calculating and comparing the hydraulic transient processes of the main pipe and branch pipes under multiple sets of different linear valve closing durations and two-stage valve closing operations, the optimal valve closing rule was obtained as follows: the main pipe performed a 40 s-90%-160 s valve closing, and after an interval of 1.0 time the water hammer wave phase length of the main pipe (Tr主管), the branch pipes performed a 30 s-80%-70 s valve closing.The results showed that for water transmission systems with branch pipes, during two-stage valve closing, when the time interval between the valve closing of the branch pipes and that of the main pipe was 0.5-1.5 times Tr主管, the water hammer pressure in the system could be effectively reduced. During linear valve closing, when the ratio k of the total valve closing duration of the regulating valve to the water hammer wave phase length was less than 10, prolonging the total linear valve closing duration could effectively reduce the maximum water hammer pressure and the duration of pressure fluctuation. However, when k>30, this method became ineffective. This conclusion applied to both ball valves and butterfly valves with different valve characteristic curves. Two-stage valve closing with the same total valve closing duration was more economical than linear valve closing, and staggered valve closing between the main pipe and branch pipe was more economical than simultaneous valve closing.
