- 以青岛市9座污水处理厂的脱水污泥为研究对象,通过连续采样,探讨了污泥热值特征及影响因素,分析了焚烧处置的可行性,并给出了相关建议。结果表明,青岛市脱水污泥干基高位热值高于我国南方地区平均水平,但低于欧盟地区。9座污水厂脱水污泥均不能自持焚烧,要使污泥达到自持焚烧或者助燃焚烧的条件,需要进行污泥干化以降低含水率,或是加入助燃剂以促进有机物完全燃烧。污泥热值受含水率和有机物含量影响较大,目前青岛市污泥处理处置问题的对策是完善污水收集系统,实现污水全收集和雨污分流,防止地下水渗入及河水进入排水管网,以提高污水有机物浓度。同时,强化污泥脱水处理工艺,进一步降低含水率,从而达到污泥自持燃烧或助燃焚烧的热值要求。

- Taking the dewatered sludge from nine wastewater treatment plants in Qingdao as the research object, this study investigated the heating value characteristics and influencing factors of the sludge through continuous sampling, evaluated the feasibility of incineration disposal, and provided relevant recommendations. The results showed that the higher heating value (HHV) of the dewatered sludge on a dry basis in Qingdao was higher than the average of southern China but lower than the European Union region. None of the dewatered sludge samples from the nine wastewater treatment plants could achieve self-sustaining incineration. To enable the sludge to meet the conditions for self-sustaining or auxiliary incineration, it was necessary to reduce the moisture content through sludge drying or to add auxiliary fuels to promote complete combustion of organic matter. The heating value of the sludge was significantly influenced by moisture content and organic matter content. The current strategies for addressing sludge treatment and disposal in Qingdao include improving the sewage collection system to achieve complete sewage capture and separation of stormwater and wastewater, preventing groundwater infiltration and the entry of river water into the drainage network, thereby increasing the organic matter concentration in wastewater. Additionally, enhancing sludge dewatering processes to further reduce moisture content is essential to meet the heating value requirements for self-sustaining or auxiliary incineration.
