- 为解决浙江J水厂现有工艺对2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)、土臭素(GSM)等嗅味物质去除效率偏低及季节性锰超标风险的问题,开展了前置臭氧/双氧水-生物活性炭流化床(O3/H2O2-BACFB)深度处理工艺的中试验证与工程应用研究。中试结果表明,该工艺可将原水中浓度高达160 ng/L的2-MIB与50 ng/L的GSM稳定降至检出限以下,同时滤后水锰离子浓度低于0.02 mg/L,与“预氧化+常规处理工艺”和“O3/H2O2+常规处理工艺”相比,显著提高了高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)去除效率,进一步降低了消毒副产物三卤甲烷浓度。基于中试成果,对水厂实施了深度处理工艺升级改造,实际运行效果良好,出厂水2-MIB和GSM浓度均稳定在检出限以下,锰离子稳定在0.005 mg/L以下,浊度和CODMn去除率也大幅提升,且对原水水质适应性增强,运行效果稳定。这为同类水厂应对高标准水质要求及工艺升级提供了工程借鉴与支撑。
- Abstract:
- To address the low removal efficiency of odor compounds such as 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) and geosmin (GSM), as well as the seasonal risk of manganese exceedance in the existing treatment process at Zhejiang J waterworks, a pilot-scale study and engineering application of the pre-ozonation/hydrogen peroxide-biological activated carbon fluidized bed (O3/H2O2-BACFB) advanced treatment process were carried out. The pilot results demonstrated that this process could consistently reduce 2-MIB and GSM from high influent concentrations of 160 ng/L and 50 ng/L to below the detection limit. Compared with the “pre-oxidation+conventional treatment process” and the “O3/H2O2+conventional treatment process”, this process significantly improved the removal efficiency of permanganate index (CODMn) and further reduced the concentration of the disinfection by-product trihalomethance. Based on the pilot results, an advanced treatment process upgrade and transformation was implemented in the waterworks, and the actual operating effect was good. The concentrations of 2-MIB and GSM in the finished water were stable below the detection limit, and the manganese ion was stable below 0.005 mg/L. The removal rates of turbidity and CODMn were also significantly improved, the adaptability to raw water quality was enhanced, and the operational performance was stable. This study provides engineering reference and support for similar plants facing stringent water quality requirements and process upgrades.
