- 为考察多段纳滤系统对高盐废水的脱盐分质效果,采用时代沃顿VNF1-4040型纳滤膜搭建了不同运行方式的多段纳滤装置。结果显示,在相同运行条件下,当膜通量变化时多段纳滤系统产水分流运行方式对Cl-和SO42-的截留率整体上高于产水并流运行方式。膜通量增加,进水温度和浓度降低,可提高系统的离子截留率。多段纳滤系统对不同组成含盐溶液的脱盐分质效果差异较大,产水分流运行方式的分质效果优于产水并流。当原水中NaCl∶Na2SO4(质量比)为1∶9和1∶4时,产水分流运行方式产水侧NaCl和浓水侧Na2SO4的占比分别达到94.6%和97.0%以上,经过浓缩干燥后无机盐含量可达到相关工业产品标准。
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the desalination and salt separation performance of a multi-stage nanofiltration (NF) system for high-salinity wastewater, a multi-stage NF unit with different operation modes was constructed using VONTRON VNF1-4040 NF membranes. The results showed that under the same operating conditions and varying membrane flux, the rejection rates of Cl- and SO42- in the split-flow operation mode were generally higher than those in the parallel-flow operation mode. Increasing the membrane flux, as well as decreasing the influent temperature and concentration, the ion rejection rate of the system was improved. The desalination and salt separation performance of the multi-stage NF system varied significantly for salt-containing solutions of different compositions, and the split-flow operation mode exhibited better separation performance than the parallel-flow mode. When the mass ratio of NaCl to Na2SO4 in the raw water were 1∶9 and 1∶4 under the split-flow operation mode, the mass concentration ratios of NaCl in the produced water and that of Na2SO4 in the concentrated water exceeded 94.6% and 97.0%, respectively. After concentration and drying, the inorganic salt content could meet the relevant industrial product standards.
