- 为打造节能低耗的生物处理工艺,在南方某城市污水处理厂开展了侧流水解/两级AO耦合膜曝气生物膜反应器(MABR)工艺的中试研究,详细分析了生物脱氮效果及MABR工艺性能。结果显示,当MABR供气量为4.4 L/(m2·h)时,系统出水总氮浓度可稳定低于10 mg/L,平均值在5 mg/L以下,MABR区实现了平均约23.9%的脱氮效率,单位膜面积总氮去除负荷和氨氮去除负荷分别为2.7和2.8 g/(m2·d),且系统对进水氨氮浓度波动具有较好的缓冲性能。基于氧在膜材料上发生的溶解-扩散过程理论以及MABR反应器特性,提出在工程化应用中应当将反应器置于氮污染物浓度较高的区域,以维持较高的氮污染物去除效率。
- Abstract:
- In order to develop an energy-saving and low-consumption biological treatment process, a pilot-scale study on the side-stream hydrolysis/two-stage AO coupled MABR process was carried out in a municipal wastewater treatment plant in a southern city of China. The biological denitrification effect and performance of MABR process were analyzed in detail. The results showed that when the gas supply of MABR was 4.4 L/(m2·h), the total nitrogen concentration in the effluent of the pilot system could remain stable below 10 mg/L, while the average value reached below 5 mg/L. The MABR achieved an average nitrogen removal efficiency of about 23.9%, a unit membrane area total nitrogen removal load of 2.7 g/(m2·d), and a unit membrane area ammonia nitrogen removal load of 2.8 g/(m2·d). The pilot system demonstrated buffering performance against fluctuations in influent ammonia nitrogen concentration. Based on the dissolution and diffusion process theory of oxygen on membrane materials and the characteristics of MABR reactors, it is proposed that the reactor should be placed in an area with high nitrogen concentration in engineering applications to maintain a high nitrogen removal efficiency.
