- 为解决絮凝沉降效果评价问题,提出了表征絮体沉降性能的新参数:絮体沉降比(FV)、絮体污泥浓度(FLSS)、絮体分配系数(FLD)、絮体沉降指数(FVI),推导了各参数之间的关系。同时,根据光学原理开发了与之相匹配的在线测试装置。该装置具备自动取样、自动测试、周期测量、深度清洗、循环监测等功能,测量精度为0.5%,满足实际使用要求。基于此装置,实现了上述参数的同步测定与动态解析,建立了絮体沉降表征模型,为絮凝工艺优化提供了多维量化依据。将该装置用于内蒙古某电厂,监测运行过程中拟合的参数及实时浊度,通过参数可实时反映絮凝沉降效果并提前预测出水浊度,该装置对澄清系统具有一定的监控预警作用。
- Abstract:
- To address the issue of evaluating flocculation settling performance, new parameters characterizing floc settling behavior were proposed, including floc settling ratio (FV), floc sludge concentration (FLSS), floc partition coefficient (FLD), and floc settling index (FVI), and the interrelationships among these parameters were derived. Furthermore, a matching online testing device was developed based on optical principles. The device is equipped with functions such as automatic sampling, automatic testing, periodic measurement, deep cleaning, and cyclic monitoring, with a measurement accuracy of 0.5%, meeting practical application requirements. Based on this device, the simultaneous determination and dynamic analysis of the above parameters were achieved, and a floc settling characterization model was established, providing multi-dimensional quantitative basis for flocculation process optimization. The device was applied in a power plant in Inner Mongolia to monitor the fitted parameters and real-time turbidity during operation. Through these parameters, the flocculation settling effect can be reflected in real time and the effluent turbidity can be predicted in advance. The device exhibits a certain monitoring and early warning function for the clarification system.
