- 重庆清水溪为典型山区性城市河流,长期受快速城市化与工业化影响,水环境持续恶化。治理实践表明,此类河流需实施系统治理,其基础在于排口溯源与管网排查,辅以闭路电视(CCTV)、预诊断及机器人等技术提升排查的准确性与完整性;数值模拟可用于污染物总量控制与水质目标可达性分析,指导工程方案制定;管网分流改造应结合地形、用地与交通等现实条件,因地制宜选择技术路径;合流制区域末端宜建设合流制溢流调蓄池,有效削减溢流污染;内源治理需以底泥污染调查为基础,结合河道地形采取针对性的清淤与控污措施;构建基于现代信息技术的智慧水务系统,可显著提升运维管理效能。

- Qingshui stream in Chongqing is a typical mountainous urban river that has suffered from prolonged deterioration due to rapid urbanization and industrialization. Practical restoration efforts indicate that systemic governance is essential for such rivers. Accurate source tracking and pipe network inspection—enhanced by technologies such as CCTV, pre-diagnosis, and robotic detection—form the foundation of effective management. Numerical modeling supports pollutant load control and water quality target analysis, aiding in the validation of engineering solutions. Sewer separation projects should be tailored to local conditions, considering topography, land use, and traffic constraints. At the downstream end of combined sewer systems, combined sewer overflow storage tanks effectively reduce overflow pollution. Sediment pollution surveys, combined with channel topography, inform targeted in-situ remediation to minimize pollutant accumulation. Implementing an intelligent water management system based on modern information technologies significantly improves operational efficiency. This integrated approach offers a replicable model for restoring similar urban rivers.
