采用纳米陶瓷膜生物反应器(NCMBR)处理工业园区工业废水和生活污水,设计规模为1×104 m3/d,分两期建设,其中一期设计规模为5 000 m3/d,运行成本为0.82元/m3。污水处理厂运行监测结果表明,该工艺处理效果良好,化学稳定性好,系统采用PLC自动控制,操作简便,出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。介绍了该工业园区污水处理厂的工艺流程、主要处理构筑物的设计参数、实际运行效果等,可为NCMBR工艺应用于其他工业园区污水处理工程提供一定参考。

The nano ceramic membrane bioreactor (NCMBR) process was used to treat the industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater in an industrial park with the capacity of 1 ×104 m3/d, the first phase of which was 5 000 m3/d and the operation cost was 0.82 yuan/m3.The WWTP operation results showed that the process had good treatment effect and good chemical stability. The system adopted PLC automatic control, operated simply and ran stably to achieve the first level A standards of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002).The process flow, the design parameters of the main treatment structures, and the operation effect of the WWTP in the industrial park were introduced, which provided a reference for the application of NCMBR process to other industrial park WWTPs.
