某乡镇污水厂设计规模为1 000 m3/d,采用立式A2O工艺,将厌氧、缺氧、好氧、沉淀等工艺合为一体,并且无需混合液回流泵,污泥也可以通过重力作用自然回流。经过9个月的现场连续运行监测,得到该污水处理装置对COD、NH4+ - N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为78.39%、88.36%、80.16%、72.75%,出水水质可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的 一级A标准。该一体化反应器结构紧凑、操作方便、出水水质优良,适用于广大农村乡镇生活污水的集中式处理。

Vertical A2/O technology was applied in a rural sewage treatment plant with the designed capacity of 1 000 m3/d. The device integrated anaerobic treatment, anoxic treatment, aerobic treatment, precipitation and other processes. There was no mixed liquid reflux pump in the integrated device, and sludge returned naturally through gravity. The newly integrated bioreactor system was operated successfully for 9 months with good performance and high removal efficiency of pollutants. The average removal efficiencies of COD, NH4+ - N, TN, and TP were 78.39%, 88.36%, 80.16% and 72.75%, respectively. The quality of the effluent could meet the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). The newly integrated bioreactor had compacted structure, convenient operation and satisfactory effluent quality, which was suitable for the treatment of rural domestic sewage.
