对杭州某城镇污水处理厂五段式Bardenpho工艺的调试过程进行总结,分析了运行过程中遇到的原水中碳源的充分利用、生物除磷效果的控制等问题。采取初沉池超越运行、严格控制好氧段溶解氧和内回流比等措施,实现了在生物池完成脱氮除磷并节省碳源投加量的效果。实践证明,五段式Bardenpho工艺的出水水质可满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。

The commissioning process of five- stage Bardenpho in a wastewater treatment plant of Hangzhou was summarized. The full utilization of carbon source in raw water and the control of biological phosphorus removal were analyzed. By means of the bypass operation of primary sedimentation tank and the strict control of dissolved oxygen and internal reflux ratio in the aerobic section, nitrogen and phosphorus were removed in the biological tank as well as the carbon source is saved. The effluent quality of five-stage Bardenpho can meet the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
