基于物质流分析方法,构建了“系统通量/有效通量”指标,在城市规划确定的人口规模和用地布局前提下,通过构建不同的水系统规划方案进行城市水系统运行效率的评价,一是以水量为研究对象,按照“水体—供水—用水—排水—回用—水体”城市水循环过程,分析不同水系统规划方案的用水效率;二是从水质角度出发,通过有机物(C)和营养物质(N、P)的传递和代谢视角,评价水系统对污染物的控制效率以及对资源的循环利用效率。

Based on material flow analysis method, index of “system flux/effective flux”was established, and the operational efficiency of urban water system by constructing different water system planning schemes under the premise of population scale and land layout determined by urban planning was evaluated. The first step was to analyze the water utilization efficiency of different water system planning schemes according to the urban water cycle process of “water body-water supply-water use-drainage-reuse-water body”. Second, the control efficiency of pollutants by the water system and the recycling efficiency of resources were evaluated from the perspective of water quality through the transmission and metabolism of organic matter (C) and nutrients (N and P).
