- 选取长期实施合流制溢流控制,并有一定区域代表性的发达国家——美国、日本、德国,梳理其合流制排水系统改造及其溢流控制的发展历程、主要管理政策与技术策略,剖析了美国、日本、德国在合流制溢流控制的长期实践与发展过程中,针对合流制系统问题的认识、施策手段与技术策略选择等方面所呈现出的共性与差异,以期为我国不同区域合流制排水系统特征条件下的CSO控制提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- The United States, Japan and Germany were taken as the regionally representative developed countries implementing longterm CSO control. The development history, main policies and strategies of combined sewer system retrofit and overflows control in these counties were summarized and analyzed. The commonness and differences of the understanding of CSO issues, strategies alternatives and technical strategy selection in different countries were discussed, so as to provide reference for CSO control under the characteristics of combined sewer system in different regions of China.
