- 深圳横岭污水厂二期(40×104 m3/d)工程原污水处理主工艺采用强化预处理加反硝化、硝化两级曝气生物滤池和紫外消毒工艺,原出水水质执行一级A排放标准。2018年应广东省环保厅要求,启动地表准Ⅳ类提标工程。同时,为改善现有系统预处理水力及固体负荷偏高,滤料破损、板结导致加大滤池水损及曝气不均等运行问题,提标工程设计采用新建滤池反冲洗水处理工艺以降低预处理负荷,主工艺流程为两级曝气滤池改造加新建反硝化滤池、新建高负荷混凝沉淀池工艺,实现深度脱氮及除磷要求。新建深度处理工段具有设计负荷高、节省占地、处理效果可靠、工艺先进的特点,适用于用地受限的提标工程。
- Abstract:
- The phase Ⅱ project of Shenzhen Hengling wastewater treatment plant (400 000 m3/d) adopted the enhanced pretreatment, denitrification, nitrification two-stage biological aerated filter and ultraviolet disinfection process, and the original effluent standard was required to reach the first level A. According to the request of Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Department, a quasi Ⅳ standard upgrading project was conducted in 2018. In order to solve the operation problems of high hydraulic and solid loading of pretreatment, filter water loss due to breakage and hardening of filter material, and uneven aeration, the upgrading project adopted the new filter backwash water treatment process to decrease the load of pretreatment. The main process included the renovation of the two-stage aeration filter and the construction of a new denitrification filter and a new high load coagulation sedimentation tank to realize the deep nitrogen and phosphorus removal requirements. The new advanced treatment section had advantages of high design load, low occupation of land, reliable treatment performance and advanced technology, which was suitable for land-restricted upgrading projects.
