- 北京市某污水处理厂原设计规模为2×104 m3/d,出水标准为国标的一级A标准。本次提标改造及扩建工程中,在不新增占地的情况下,污水厂处理规模由2×104 m3/d扩建至8×104 m3/d,出水标准由原国标一级A标准提升到北京市地标《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/890—2012)的B标准。工程主体工艺采用A2O-MBR工艺,深度处理采用臭氧紫外联合氧化。由于占地面积有限,本工程采用半地下建设形式,同时为保证改造期间不影响污水厂的正常生产,整个改造分期实施。实际运行表明,本工程出水水质完全满足设计要求,运行良好。
- Abstract:
- The original design scale of a wastewater treatment plant in Beijing was 2×104 m3/d, and the standard of effluent was the national first class A standard. In the project of upgrading and expanding, the scale would be expanded from 2×104 m3/d to 8×104 m3/d without increasing the land occupation. The effluent standard would be upgraded from the national first class A standard to B level of Beijing local standard Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(DB 11/890-2012). The main process of the project adopted the A2O-MBR, and the advanced treatment used ozone and ultraviolet combined oxidation. Due to the limited area, the project adopted a semi-underground construction form, and at the same time, to ensure that the normal production of the wastewater treatment plant was not affected during the transformation period, the whole transformation was implemented by stages. After the actual operation feedback, the effluent indicators of the project fully met the design requirements, and the actual operation state was good.
