- 针对余杭污水处理厂现状,利用数学模型模拟DE氧化沟,通过改进曝气形式、增加水下推进器、精准控制曝气等一系列改造措施,挖潜并优化运行参数,使处理规模从6×104 m3/d扩至8×104 m3/d,实际控制出水水质达到浙江省地方标准。扩容改造后出水COD均值为17.0 mg/L、氨氮均值为0.32 mg/L、总氮均值为8.07 mg/L,其中出水COD和总氮显著降低,稳定性亦优于扩容改造前。扩容改造后吨水电耗与改造前基本持平;吨水甲醇消耗量下降约47.6%,系统综合能耗降低。
- Abstract:
- According to the present situation of Yuhang Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), the DE oxidation ditch was simulated by a mathematical model. Through a series of transformation measures such as improving aeration form, adding underwater thrusters, controlling aeration precisely, exploring potential and optimizing operation parameters, the total treatment capacity of Yuhang WWTP was expanded from 6×104 m3/d to 8×104 m3/d and the actual effluent quality reached local standard of Zhejiang Province. After expansion, the average effluent concentrations of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 17.0 mg/L, 0.32 mg/L and 8.07 mg/L, respectively. Among them, the effluent concentration of COD and total nitrogen were significantly reduced and the operation stability was also better than before. After expansion reconstruction, the electricity consumption per ton of wastewater was basically the same as before, while the consumption of methanol per ton of wastewater decreased by 47.6%. The comprehensive energy consumption of Yuhang WWTP was decreased after expansion.
