- 肇庆市九坑河水源地总面积为46.42 km2,作为城市的饮用水源保护区、备用水源地,其水质保护目标为地表水Ⅱ类。近年随着人类经济活动的快速发展,水质常年出现超标情况。为解决水污染问题,针对项目工程范围广、水域面积大、水量时空变化量剧烈、污染源数量多但分散的特点,对主要超标对象氨氮和总氮进行处理。设立了从散居污染点设置单独的处理设施,到集中污染点设置的污水处理站,再到入库前设立的前置库处理系统,最后到库区内设置的深度活水系统的4层处理体系,再辅以垃圾处理、清淤等配套措施,全方位对工程范围内的污染源进行拦截和处理,最终达到了恢复Ⅱ类水体的目标,为国内同类型综合整治工程提供了示范与参考。
- Abstract:
- The total area of Jiukenghe drinking water source in Zhaoqing City is 46.42 km2. As drinking water source protection area and reserve water source in the city, the water quality is required to meet class Ⅱ surface water standard. In recent years, with the rapid development of human economic activities, water quality frequently exceeds the required standard. In order to solve the water pollution problems, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen, as two main objects exceeding standard, have been removed according to the characteristics of wide project scope, large water area, dramatic change of water volume in time and space as well as large quantity and scattered pollution sources. The separated treatment facilities were built in scattered pollution sources points and the centralized wastewater treatment station was built in concentrated pollution source. Moreover, the pre-storage treatment system had been built before entering the reservoir and finally the deep active water system was set up in the reservoir area. In this way, the four-layer treatment system was established. In addition, the supporting measures such as garbage treatment and desilting were adopted to intercept and treat the pollution sources within the scope of the project in all directions, and finally the goal of restoring class Ⅱ water bodies was achieved, which provided demonstration and reference for the same kind of comprehensive improvement in China.
