- 以模拟废水为处理对象,采用以彗星式丝状纤维填料为生物膜载体的序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR),探究全程自养脱氮(CANON)工艺的快速启动情况。通过接种普通活性污泥,采用先严格厌氧富集厌氧氨氧化菌(AnAOB)的策略,耗时39 d成功富集AnAOB,对TN的去除率达到82.3%;通过缩短HRT、递减NO2--N浓度、控制DO在0.1~0.3 mg/L的方法,运行13 d实现AOB的快速富集。反应器运行78 d成功启动CANON工艺,NH4+-N和TN去除率分别为97.3%和83.3%,TN去除负荷达到0.127 kg/(m3·d)。高通量测序结果显示,在运行173 d后生物膜中浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)相对丰度由1.99%增至56.44%,而变形菌门(Proteobacteria)从65.09%降至13.67%;AOB和AnAOB分别为Nitrosomonas和Candidatus_Jettenia,相对丰度分别由2.28%和0增至3.37%和41.88%,NOB为Nitrospira,相对丰度从3.27%降至0.27%。
- Abstract:
- Rapid start-up of a completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite (CANON) process for the treatment of simulated wastewater was explored in a SBBR. The system was filled with comet filamentous filter material and seeded with conventional activated sludge. Anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AnAOB) were enriched successfully in 39 days by adopting the strategy of strict anaerobic enrichment of AnAOB, and the removal efficiency of TN reached 82.3%. Then, ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) were enriched rapidly in 13 days by shortening the HRT, gradually decreasing the concentration ofNO2--N?and controlling DO between 0.1 mg/L and 0.3 mg/L. The CANON process was successfully started up after 78 days, in which the removal efficiencies of NH4+-N and TN were up to 97.3% and 83.3%, respectively, and the TN removal load reached 0.127 kg/(m3·d). High-throughput sequencing showed that the relative abundance of Planctomycetes increased from 1.99% to 56.44%, while Proteobacteria decreased from 65.09% to 13.67%. AOB and AnAOB were Nitrosomonas and Candidatus_Jettenia in the biofilm, and their relative abundance increased from 2.28% and 0 to 3.37% and 41.88%, respectively. The nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB) were Nitrospira, with the relative abundance decreasing from 3.27% to 0.27%.
