- 基于《城镇排水统计年鉴(2016)》数据,针对全国范围内1 291座城镇污水处理厂的单位能耗,使用归一化方法进行统计分析,揭示了污水厂规模、处理水量负荷率、水处理工艺、出水标准和进水COD等因素与单位污水处理能耗的关系,探究了双因素协同影响下的能耗情况。研究结果表明,我国污水处理厂的单位污水能耗均值为(0.317±0.229) kW·h/m3,选取的五种因素与能耗之间存在显著关系,并存在一定协同效应。结合污水厂自身规模、进水水质和水量负荷等条件,给出现阶段我国城镇污水处理厂能耗基准表。建议制定阶段性发展规划,短期内所有污水处理厂均应以单位能耗50%作为能耗基准值,开展污水厂节能降耗工作。随着运营逐渐稳定和操作水平上升,未来可采用前25%或10%作为能耗基准值。
- Abstract:
- Based on energy consumption data of 1 291 wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) from the China Urban Drainage Statistical Yearbook (2016), energy consumption statistical analysis was conducted with the normalized method, revealing the interaction between energy consumption and various factors including scale, loading rate, treatment process, effluent standard and influent COD of the WWTPs. The interactive effects of two factors were investigated. The total average unit energy consumption was (0.317±0.229) kW·h/m3 in China. There was a significant relationship between the five selected factors and energy consumption, and there was a certain synergistic effect. A matrix table of China WWTP energy benchmarking was constructed based on scale, influent quality and loading rate. Finally, this research proposed to formulate a phased development plan for WWTP energy management strategies. In the short term, the median value (top 50%) of statics should be set as the benchmarking, and the value of top 25% or 10% should be considered as benchmarking in the long-term plan with the gradual stability of operation and the rise of operation level.
