- 场地修复在我国处于高速发展阶段,然而目前对修复过程中的废水处理工艺研究较少。某农药污染场地修复采用异位修复技术,施工过程产生的废水成分复杂,水质差异大。根据不同污染地块的水质特点,对废水进行分质收集处理。高浓度废水采用混凝沉淀+Fenton氧化工艺预处理后,与低浓度废水混合。混合后的废水利用水解酸化+接触氧化工艺进行处理。工程设计处理规模为600 m3/d。运行结果表明,工艺能够有效去除废水中的有机物、氨氮、总磷、苯系物等污染物,出水水质可稳定达到纳管要求,直接运行费用为8.52 元/m3。
- Abstract:
- Remediation of contaminated site is in rapidly developing stage in China. However, available wastewater treatment technology in the remediation process was rarely reported. Ex-site remediation technologies were applied in the remediation of a pesticide contaminated site, and the wastewater produced during the construction process was complicated and the water quality varied greatly. According to the characteristics of wastewater from different polluted sites, the wastewater was collected and treated separately. The high-concentration wastewater was pretreated by a combined process of coagulation precipitation and Fenton oxidation, and then mixed with low-concentration wastewater. The mixed wastewater was eventually treated by hydrolytic acidification and contact oxidation. The designed treatment capacity of the project was 600 m3/d. The operational results showed that the combined process could effectively remove pollutants such as organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and benzene series in the wastewater. The effluent water quality could always meet the requirements for wastewater discharge into sewers, and the direct cost was 8.52 yuan/m3.
