- 某电子面板二期扩建项目靠近太湖流域,根据环评要求,需实现有机废水氮、磷“零排放”。根据废水水质特点,确定采用AO生化+MBR深度处理+反渗透膜浓缩+蒸发结晶处理工艺。项目实施后,实现了废水100%的回收利用,同时其余污染物最终以固废形式析出并外运处置。实践表明,该工艺路线选择合理,系统运行稳定,具有可观的经济效益及环境效益。
- Abstract:
- Since the second phase expansion project of an electronic panel enterprise is near the Taihu Lake basin, it is necessary to realize zero discharge of nitrogen and phosphorus from organic wastewater according to the environmental impact assessment requirements. Based on the wastewater quality characteristics, the process of AO biochemical treatment, MBR advanced treatment, reverse osmosis membrane concentration and evaporative crystallization is determined. The project achieves 100% recycling of the wastewater. At the same time, the remaining pollutants are eventually separated in the form of solid waste and sent out for disposal. Practice shows that the selected process route is reasonable, and the project operates steadily with considerable economic and environmental benefits.
