- 以生活小区雨污分流改造污水治理为研究对象,重点介绍了杭州市城镇生活小区高质量“污水零直排”建设实施情况。从生活小区污水管网精准排查、管网雨污分流建设改造、实施信息化运维动态监管等方面,建管并施,达到了生活小区污水排水管中COD浓度和污水集中收集率均得到较大提升的目标。通过介绍杭州市生活小区“污水零直排”建设经验做法,为我国生活小区污水处理提供借鉴和可复制经验。
- Abstract:
- Taking the rainwater and sewage diversion transformation of residential zones as the research object, this paper focuses on the implementation of highquality “zero direct discharge of sewage” construction in residential zones of Hangzhou. From the aspects of accurate investigation of sewage pipe network in residential zones, construction and transformation of rainwater/sewage diversion in pipe network, implementation of dynamic supervision of informatization operation and maintenance, the construction and management of sewage pipe network have achieved the goal of greatly improving COD concentration and centralized collection rate of sewage in the sewage drainage pipes of residential zones. Therefore, we introduce the construction experience of “zero direct discharge of sewage” in residential zones of Hangzhou, which provides reference and replicable experience for sewage treatment of other residential zones in China.
