- 潍坊欣龙生物质高性能纤维研发平台及产业化给水厂工程设计规模为5.0×104 m3/d,设计水源为峡山引黄水库水,水质符合《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅲ类水体标准,水厂出水用作园区(化纤)生产及消防用水,出水浊度小于1 NTU。根据项目占地较小及原水水质冬季低温低浊、季节性藻类偶发等特点,设计采用高密度沉淀池-D型纤维滤池组合工艺,并通过优化工艺设计、高密度沉淀池“折线式”平面布置、采用新型彗星式纤维滤料及巧妙合建构筑物,使得工程占地较传统工艺节省约50%。

- Abstract:The design scale of Xinlong biomass high-performance fiber R & D platform and industrial water supply plant in Weifang is 5.0×104 m3/d. The designed water source is from the Xiashan reservoir derived from Yellow River, and the water quality meets the class Ⅲ criteria specified in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002). The product water of the water supply plant with turbidity below 1 NTU is used for production (chemical fiber) and fire fighting in the industrial park. The project has the characteristics of a small footprint area, low temperature and low turbidity of the raw water in winter and seasonal algae bloom occasionally. Therefore, the combined process of high-density sedimentation tank and D-type fiber filter was designed. Compared with the traditional process, the footprint area of this project decreased by about 50% through the optimization of the process design, “broken line” layout of the high-density sedimentation tank, application of new comet fiber filter and the ingenious combined construction of the structures.
