- 针对上海南汇自来水有限公司惠南水厂和航头水厂受青草沙水库季节性藻类生长影响,出现原水pH值升高导致出厂水铝含量升高的问题,开展了投加二氧化碳调节原水pH值控制余铝的生产性试验。结果表明:投加二氧化碳调节原水pH值的控铝效果稳定,出厂水铝含量可稳定在0.1 mg/L以内。其中,“气/液”投加装置的二氧化碳利用率为94.3%,二氧化碳投加量为9.02 mg/L,PAC投加量减少了13.1 mg/L;“液/液”投加装置的二氧化碳利用率为92.9%,二氧化碳投加量为8.47 mg/L,PAC投加量减少了17.9 mg/L,有效降低了水厂投加加酸PAC调节原水pH值控铝的运行费用。
- Abstract:
- The Huinan Waterworks and Hangtou Waterworks in Shanghai City use Qingcaosha Reservoir as the water source. Due to the seasonal algae growth, the increase in the pH value of the raw water leads to an increase in the aluminum content in the finished water of waterworks. In order to control residual aluminum content, the production test of adding carbon dioxide to adjust the pH value was carried out. The results showed that the effect of controlling aluminum was stable when the pH value of raw water was adjusted by carbon dioxide, with the aluminum content in finished water kept less than 0.1 mg/L. In the experiment, the utilization rate of carbon dioxide in the “gas/liquid” dosing device reached 94.3% with a carbon dioxide dosage of 9.02 mg/L, and PAC dosage was reduced by 13.1 mg/L; meanwhile, the utilization rate of carbon dioxide in the “liquid/liquid” dosing device was 92.9% with a carbon dioxide dosage of 8.47 mg/L, and PAC dosage was reduced by 17.9 mg/L. This method can effectively reduce the operating cost of waterworks which applies acidadded PAC to adjust the pH value of raw water to reduce aluminum content.
