- 为明确不同纳滤膜对垃圾渗滤液结垢离子的去除效果,分析了实际运行系统中不同时期垃圾填埋场(A和B)渗滤液纳滤膜元件进水结垢离子的浓度特征,并探讨了DK和TFC两种纳滤膜元件对结垢离子的去除效果。结果显示,填埋场渗滤液纳滤膜元件进水中Ca2+、Mg2+、SO2-4、胶状SiO2和可溶性SiO2含量均较高,是纳滤膜处理段的主要结垢组分。填埋场B相对新鲜的垃圾渗滤液比老龄渗滤液(填埋场A)中含有较多的Mg2+、Ca2+及可溶性SiO2。DK膜对Mg2+、Ca2+、SO2-4、总溶解性固体物质(TDS)等具有较好的去除效果,其去除率分别为TFC膜的3.2、2.3、1.3和1.8倍。此外,根据工程实践经验,推荐酸碱清洗法清洗纳滤膜元件。

- To clarify the effect of different nanofiltration membranes on removal of scaling-forming ions from landfill leachate, characteristics of scaling-forming ion concentrations in the influent from landfill A and landfill B at different periods in nanofiltration membrane modules of the actual operation system were analyzed, and the removal performances of DK and TFC nanofiltration membrane modules on scale-forming ions were discussed.The contents of Ca2+, Mg2+, SO2-4, colloidal SiO2 and soluble SiO2 in the influent of the nanofiltration membrane were relatively high, which were the main scale-forming components in the nanofiltration membrane treatment. The relatively fresh landfill leachate in landfill B contained more Mg2+, Ca2+ ions and soluble SiO2 than the aged landfill leachate from landfill A. The DK membrane had a good removal performance of Mg2+, Ca2+, SO2-4 and TDS, and the removal efficiencies were 3.2 times, 2.3 times, 1.3 times and 1.8 times of the TFC membrane, respectively. In addition, acidbase cleaning method was recommended to clean the nanofiltration membrane modules according to engineering practice.
