- 提出了气相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用测定水中四乙基铅浓度的方法。水样通过固相萃取富集、气相色谱分离后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定四乙基铅浓度。四乙基铅在0.05~5.00 μg/L范围内与响应信号呈良好的线性关系,若取1.0 L水样,浓缩至5.0 mL,浓缩倍数为200 倍,方法的检出限为5 ng/L。在优化建立的分析条件下,开展了5×10-5 mg/L和5×10-4 mg/L两种浓度的加标回收方法评估研究。结果表明,地表水、生活饮用水等水样的加标回收率在80.7%~108%之间,相对标准偏差为3.9%~6.2%(n=6)。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,可满足城市水系统中四乙基铅痕量检测的要求。
- Abstract:
- A method for determination of tetraethyl lead concentration in water by gas chromatography and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (GC/ICP?MS) was proposed. The water samples were enriched by solid phase extraction and separated by GC, and the concentration of tetraethyl lead was determined by ICP-MS. Tetraethyl lead showed a good linear relationship with the response signal in the range of 0.05-5.00 μg/L. If 1.0 L water sample was concentrated to 5.0 mL (the concentration time was 200), the detection limit of the method was 5 ng/L. Under the optimized analytical conditions, the standard recoveries of two methods with tetraethyl lead concentrations of 5×10-5 mg/L and 5×10-4 mg/L were evaluated. The recoveries of surface water and drinking water ranged from 80.7% to 108%, and the relative standard deviations were from 3.9% to 6.2% (n=6).The method is simple and sensitive, and can meet the requirements of trace detection of tetraethyl lead in urban water system.
