- 采用Fe/Al/C多元微电解—H2O2工艺处理农药生产废水。通过间歇实验考察了该工艺的运行参数,结果显示在初始pH值为4、Na2SO4投加量为0.03 mol/L、H2O2投加量为1.5 mL/L和反应时间为80 min的条件下对农药生产废水的处理效果最佳。在连续运行条件下,该工艺对农药生产废水中COD的平均去除率为88.5%,平均生物毒性削减率为63.7%,B/C值由0.126提高到0.341。Fe/Al/C多元微电解—H2O2工艺降解农药生产废水的过程符合一级动力学反应,速率常数kCOD=0.018 8 min-1,相关系数R2=0.989 8。农药生产废水经过Fe/Al/C多元微电解—H2O2工艺处理后,有机物各基团的UV-Vis光谱强度都得到了显著削减,即有机物被有效降解。
- Abstract:
- Fe/Al/C multiple micro?electrolysis and H2O2 process was applied in pesticide wastewater treatment. The operation parameters were determined by intermittent experiment, and performance of the process for pesticide production wastewater treatment was the best under the following conditions: the initial pH was 4, dosages of Na2SO4 and H2O2 were 0.03 mol/L and 1.5 mL/L and the reaction time was 80 min. The performance of the process for pesticide production wastewater treatment under continuous operation was explored. The average COD removal efficiency was 88.5%, the average biological toxicity reduction rate was 63.7%, and the average B/C ratio was increased from 0.126 to 0.341. The degradation process of pesticide production wastewater by Fe/Al/C multiple micro?electrolysis and H2O2 process conformed to first?order kinetic reaction, and the rate constant kCOD and correlation coefficient R2 were 0.018 8 min-1 and 0.989 8, respectively. After the treatment of pesticide production wastewater by Fe/Al/C multiple micro?electrolysis and H2O2 process, the UV-Vis spectral intensity of organic groups was significantly reduced, indicating that the organic compounds were effectively degraded.
