- 孟加拉PADMA(帕德玛)供水工程净水厂一期设计规模为45×104 m3/d,针对原水高浊度、水质变化大、含沙量多的水质特点,以及出水平均浊度值小于1.0 NTU、最高值不超过5.0 NTU的水质目标,设计采用得利满公司的核心水处理工艺“高效澄清池+V型滤池”。 高效澄清池运行调整灵活可靠,对水质浊度变化有较强的适应性,可根据水质水量变化自动调节药剂投加量。该工程已于2019年顺利通过竣工验收,水厂已稳定运行近2年,出水水质优于孟加拉饮用水标准及世界卫生组织(WHO)饮用水水质标准,出厂水浊度≤0.2 NTU。
- Abstract:
- The design scale of phase I water purification plant of PADMA water supply project in Bangladesh is 45×104 m3/d. The raw water is characterized by high turbidity, large fluctuation of water quality and high sediment content. In addition, average turbidity of the product water is required to be less than 1.0 NTU, and the maximum turbidity does not exceed 5.0 NTU. High efficiency clarifier and V-type filter, the core water treatment process of Degremont Company, was selected in the design. Operation of the high efficiency clarifier is flexible and reliable. It has strong adaptability to the change of turbidity, and can automatically adjust the dosage of the reagent according to the change of water quality and quantity. The project has successfully passed the completion acceptance in 2019, and the water plant has been operating stably for nearly 2 years. The product water quality is better than the Bangladesh drinking water standard and the World Health Organization (WHO) drinking water quality standard, and turbidity of the product water is no more than 0.2 NTU.
