- 大连某污水处理厂原采用恒水位SBR(CWSBR)工艺,设计规模为3×104 m3/d,出水执行一级A标准。因近几年进水水质浓度明显高于原设计值,导致实际运行出水不达标。改造工程采用BIOCOS(生物联合系统)+高密度沉淀池深度处理工艺,在原CWSBR生化池内分组进行不停产改造。BIOCOS是一种改良式活性污泥系统,通过优化水力模型,利用内源反硝化技术达到高效脱氮。每个BIOCOS系统由一个P池(厌氧池)、一个B池(缺氧/好氧池)和两个SU池(沉淀循环池)组成。改造后一年多的实际运行效果表明,出水水质稳定达到并优于一级A标准。
- Abstract:
- The original process of a WWTP in Dalian was constant water level SBR (CWSBR) with a design scale of 3×104 m3/d, and the effluent quality was required to meet first level A discharge standard. In recent years, pollutant concentrations in the influent are obviously higher than the original design values, resulting in the actual effluent quality cannot meet the discharge standard. Therefore, biological combined system (BIOCOS) and advanced treatment process of high-density sedimentation tank were adopted in the reconstruction project, and the biochemical tank of the original CWSBR was divided into groups without suspending the operation. BIOCOS is a modified activated sludge system that utilizes endogenous denitrification technology to achieve efficient nitrogen removal by optimizing the hydraulic models. Each BIOCOS system consists of a P tank (anaerobic tank), a B tank (anoxic/aerobic tank) and two SU tanks (sedimentation circulating tank). The actual operation of more than one year after the transformation shows that the effluent quality is stable and superior to first level A discharge standard.
