- 为了提高厂网一体化系统有机物的利用效率,构建“降解 - 沉积 - 冲刷”管网 COD 变化模型,考察了管网与污水厂对 COD 去除的贡献规律。结果表明在不受降雨影响时,管内 COD 呈整体下降趋势,管网对 COD 去除贡献率为 15.91% ,且 Δ COD 与 HRT 呈正相关(相关系数 0.865 )。污水厂进水 COD 浓度越低,其去除单位 COD 耗电量越高(相关系数 -0.862 )。从合理利用 COD 强化污水厂脱氮除磷角度出发,建设分散式污水处理厂、选择分流制排水体制是缩短管内污水停留时间、提高污水厂进水碳源的有效方式。
- Abstract:
- To improve the utilization efficiency of organics in an integrated plant-network system, a model for predicting COD variation in pipe network based on degradation-sedimentation-flushing was established, and the contribution law of pipe network and sewage treatment plant to COD removal was investigated. When the pipe network was not affected by rainfall, overall profile of COD in the pipe showed a downward trend, the contribution rate of the pipe network to COD removal was 15.91%, and ΔCOD was positively correlated with HRT(correlation coefficient of 0.865). The specific power consumption of COD removal increased with the decrease of the influent COD(correlation coefficient of -0.862). From the perspective of effectively using COD to improve nitrogen and phosphorus removal in sewage treatment plants, the construction of decentralized sewage treatment plant and the selection of separate drainage system are effective ways to shorten the residence time of sewage in pipes and improve the influent COD of sewage treatment plants.
