- 光伏废水具有NO3--N、氟含量高的特点。江苏某光伏废水处理工程为改建项目,设计处理规模为6 000 m3/d,出水水质要求达到《电池工业污染物排放标准》(GB 30484—2013)的间接排放标准。原有处理工艺无法满足排放要求,此次采用二级除氟+反硝化颗粒污泥+A/O工艺进行改建,总投资为2 150 万元,运行费用(25.2 元/m3)比改造前降低20%。该工程自调试运行以来,处理效果良好,出水水质稳定达到排放标准。
- Abstract:
- Photovoltaic wastewater has characteristics of high nitrates and fluorine content. A photovoltaic wastewater treatment project in Jiangsu Province in China is a reconstruction project with the design capacity of 6 000 m3/d, and its effluent is required to meet the indirect discharge criteria in Emission Standard of Pollutants for Battery Industry (GB 30484-2013). The original process couldnot meet the discharge requirements, so the process of secondary defluorination, denitrifying granular sludge and A/O is adopted for reconstruction. The total investment is 21.5 million yuan and the operating cost is 25.2 yuan/m3, which is 20% lower than before. Since commissioning, the performance of reconstructed project is good and the effluent quality stably meets the discharge standard requirements.
