- 暗挖工法是老旧城区建设综合管廊行之有效的方法,然而,由于综合管廊有自身的功能系统和特点,长距离暗挖综合管廊工程不能直接参照暗挖隧道技术。长距离暗挖综合管廊技术的关键是要在暗挖工程中实现综合管廊必需的功能要求。基于大量工程实践的总结与思考,给出了长距离暗挖综合管廊技术主要关键问题的对策方案:通过“区间设计”技术实现综合管廊功能系统的整合,形成断面单一连续的长距离暗挖区间和综合管廊复合功能节点;采用暗挖施工井与综合管廊复合功能节点结合的设计方案,形成综合井设计技术;通过方案优化,解决长距离暗挖区间的通风与逃生问题。结合上述技术方案,可以合理地将暗挖隧道技术应用到综合管廊建设中,为推动暗挖综合管廊技术的应用与发展提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- Underground excavation method is an effective method for construction of utility tunnel in old urban areas. However, utility tunnel has its own function system and characteristics, resulting in underground tunneling technology can not directly apply in the long-distance underground utility tunnel engineering. The key of long-distance underground excavation of utility tunnel is to meet its necessary functional requirements in underground excavation project. Based on the summary and thinking of a large number of engineering practices, the countermeasures for the main problems of long-distance underground utility tunnel constructed by underground excavation method were introduced. First, the integration of the functional system of the utility tunnel was achieved by using “interval design” technology, and composite functional nodes with single continuous section in the long-distance underground utility tunnel were formed. Second, the integrated well design technology was formed by using the design scheme of underground construction well combined with composite function node of the utility tunnel. Finally, ventilation and escape problems of long-distance underground excavation were solved by optimization of the scheme. Combined with the above technical schemes, the underground tunneling technology can be reasonably applied to utility tunnel constructions, which provides reference for promoting the application and development of utility tunnel constructed by underground excavation technology.
