- 随着城市的发展,地下管线老化引发的社会问题日渐凸显,地面交通拥堵和管线错综复杂使得明挖换管成为城市管道修复亟待解决的难题。以笔架山水厂-东湖水厂原水管道修复项目为例,研究了基于BIM和3D扫描的长距离曲线条件下钢管内穿非开挖施工方法,通过3D扫描和BIM技术实现原水管道的空间定位、最优井位布置和管节长度设置,特制的承插接口满足原管道曲率要求。实际施工过程表明,该技术的运用大大减少了工作井的数量,降低了管线迁改对交通的影响,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
- Abstract:
- With the development of cities, the social problems caused by the aging of underground pipelines are becoming increasingly prominent. The surface traffic congestion and the complexity of pipelines make the open cut pipe replacement a problem to be solved urgently. Taking the raw water pipeline repair project from Bijiashan waterworks to Donghu waterworks as an example, this paper studies the trenchless construction method of steel pipe under the condition of long-distance curve based on BIM technology and 3D scanning. With the help of 3D scanning and BIM technology, it realizes the spatial positioning of raw water pipeline, the optimal well location layout and pipe joint length setting, the special socket interface to meet the curvature requirements of the original pipeline. The actual construction process shows that the application of this technology greatly reduces the number of working wells, reduces the influence of pipeline relocation and traffic, and achieves good economic and social benefits.
