- 通过对比未接种菌丝球(空白组)和接种菌丝球(试验组)的间歇式反应器(SBR)中的污泥表面特性、微生物群体感应和微生物群落结构,全面深入地考察了接种菌丝球对污泥团聚性能的影响。结果表明,接种菌丝球增加了污泥疏水性(40%~67%)、Zeta电位(-15 ~-8 mV)、微生物附着性(0.5~1.7)和官能团强度,有效减小了微生物细胞之间的排斥力,有助于微生物相互聚集。此外,接种菌丝球还增强了酰基高丝氨酸内酯(AHLs)介导的微生物群体感应系统。其中,试验组的AHLs含量为101.1 ng/gMLSS,高于空白组的74.3 ng/gMLSS。微生物群落结构分析结果表明,接种菌丝球增加了反应器中微生物的多样性和丰富度,富集了具有黏附能力的功能菌及AHLs产生菌。污泥表面特性的强化、微生物群体感应的增强和功能菌的富集三者共同作用,促进了微生物之间相互团聚,形成聚集体,同时改善了SBR中的污泥沉降性能和生物质保留量。
- Abstract:
- The surface characteristics, quorum sensing and microbial community of sludge from sequencing batch reactors (SBR) inoculated with and without fungal pellets (experimental group and blank group) were compared to comprehensively investigate the effect of inoculating fungal pellets on sludge agglomeration. The fungal pellets increased the sludge hydrophobicity (40%-67%), Zeta potential (-15 mV to -8 mV), microbial attachment (0.5-1.7) and functional group intensity in the reactor, effectively reduced the repelling force between microbial cells, and contributed to the mutual agglomeration of microorganisms. In addition, the fungal pellets enhanced the microbial quorum sensing system mediated by acyl?homoserine lactone (AHLs), and the content of AHLs in experimental group was 101.1 ng/gMLSS, which was higher than that in blank group (74.3 ng/gMLSS). Analysis of the microbial community showed that inoculating fungal pellets increased the diversity and richness of microorganisms in the reactor, and enriched the functional bacteria with adhesion and AHLs producing abilities. The improvement of sludge surface characteristics, enhancement of microbial quorum sensing and enrichment of functional bacteria promoted the agglomeration of microorganisms and formation of aggregates, and improved sludge settling performance and biomass retention in the SBR.
