- 排水系统是一个错综复杂的广域分布系统,具有强耦合、大时滞、非线性和多扰动等特性,为实现系统实时控制运行,对其直接进行在线优化控制和过程参数调试,易导致调试周期较长、安全风险较大等问题。为保证实时控制逻辑的合理性和准确性,运用机理模型对系统进行出厂前的实时控制系统逻辑测试,为排水系统的优化控制提供重要的数学试验环境。将城市水系统控制仿真模型Simuwater中的功能模块与全世界范围内广泛应用的OVATION控制系统和排水系统模拟软件SWMM进行有机结合,可实现真实生产环境的排水系统控制逻辑在数学模型环境下的模拟和测试。运用该模拟环境,针对常州王家塘-惠家塘排水系统开展案例研究,构建案例区SWMM模型,在OVATION虚拟控制器中编制多级泵站优化调度闭环控制逻辑,将机理模型常规的规则控制更替为标准控制系统的闭环控制逻辑,并应用先进控制策略进行全过程多工况仿真。通过真实控制系统与机理模型耦合模拟,使案例的系统性能显著提高,可为基于模型的排水系统控制逻辑仿真提供参考,同时为真实的排水系统自动化控制提供现实依据。
- Abstract:
- The drainage system is an intricate huge system with strong coupling, great time delay, nonlinearity and uncertain characteristics. In order to realize the real-time control of the system, it is optimally controlled online and the process parameters are adjusted, which can easily lead to long commissioning cycle and high safety risk. To guarantee the rationality and accuracy of real-time control logic, the first principal model is used to test the control logic of the system before delivery, and provide an important mathematical experiment environment for the optimal control of drainage system. Through the function module of Simuwater, an urban water system control simulation model, in combination with the widely used OVATION control system and the drainage system simulation software SWMM, the simulation and testing of the drainage system control logic in the real production environment under the mathematical model environment is realized. The simulated environment was used to carry out a case study of Changzhou Wangjiatang-Huijiatang drainage system, set up the SWMM model of the case area, develop the closed-loop control logic of multistage pumping station optimized dispatching in OVATION virtual controller, and replace the conventional regular control of mechanism model with the closed-loop control logic of standard control system. The advanced control algorithm is used to simulate the whole process of multi-condition. Through the coupling simulation of the real control system and the mechanism model, the system performance of the case is significantly improved, which can provide a reference for the model-based control logic simulation of the drainage system, and provide a realistic basis for the real automatic control of the drainage system.
