- 某繁育基地养殖废水处理站设计处理规模为300 m3 /d,采用预处理+一级混凝沉淀+厌氧系统+SBR+A/O+MBR+二级混凝沉淀+生态塘+消毒处理工艺。介绍了工艺流程、主要构筑物和设备设计参数,并对运行效果和运营成本进行了分析。该工艺具有耐冲击负荷能力强、运行稳定、管理方便的特点。系统运行6个月后,出水COD为58 mg/L、BOD5为13 mg/L、NH3-N为1.7 mg/L、TP为0.45 mg/L、SS为19 mg/L,完全满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准,尾水排至西侧农灌渠,用于水田作物补水。
- Abstract:
- The design capability of wastewater treatment station in a breeding base is 300 m3/d, which adopts the combined process of pretreatment, first stage coagulation sedimentation, anaerobic system, SBR, A/O, MBR, second stage coagulation sedimentation, ecological pond, and disinfection. The design parameters of main structures and equipment are introduced and the operational performance and cost are analyzed. The process has the characteristics of strong impact load resistance, stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance management. After six months of operation, the results show that the effluent COD, BOD5, NH3-N, TP, and SS are 58 mg/L, 13 mg/L, 1.7 mg/L, 0.45 mg/L, and 19 mg/L, respectively, which completely meet the requirements of level Ⅰ criteria in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). The tail water is discharged to the agricultural irrigation ditch on the west side, which is used to replenish water for paddy field crops.
