- 某焦化废水处理项目设计处理规模为1 000 m3/d,处理废水为氨蒸废水、地坪清扫水等的混合废水,采用以陶瓷膜A/O-MBR生物反应器为核心的预处理+催化内电解+陶瓷膜A/O-MBR组合处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、氨氮和酚类的去除率分别达到97.25%、94.64%和99.98%,出水水质达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)中的间接排放标准,运行成本为10.01 元/m3。
- Abstract:
- The coking wastewater treatment project, mainly treating mixed wastewater like ammonia steam wastewater and floor cleaning water, etc., has a capacity of 1 000 m3/d. A combined process of pretreatment, catalyzed internal electrolysis and the core A/O ceramic membrane bioreactor is adopted. The actual operation results show that the removal efficiency of COD, ammonia nitrogen and phenols are 97.25%, 94.64% and 99.98%, respectively. The effluent quality could meet the indirect discharge criteria of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry (GB 16171-2012), while the operation cost is 10.01 yuan/m3.
