- 安徽省某化工园区采用“一厂一管”封闭式压力管道方式收集废水,采用预处理+生化处理+深度处理工艺处理园区废水,预处理采用初沉+气浮+氧化工艺,生化处理采用水解+A/O工艺,深度处理采用过滤+臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池+活性炭吸附工艺。改造后处理系统DO、MLSS和SV30均能稳定在较好的水平,出水COD<35 mg/L,均值为31.5 mg/L,NH3-N<4.20 mg/L,均值为2.78 mg/L,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。
- Abstract:
- In a chemical industrial park in Anhui Province, the closed pressurized pipe of “one plant and one pipe” was adopted to collect wastewater. The process of pretreatment, biochemical treatment, and advanced treatment was adopted to treat wastewater in the park. Primary precipitation, air floatation, and oxidation process were used for pretreatment. Hydrolysis and A/O were used for biochemical treatment. Filtration, ozone oxidation, BAF, and activated carbon adsorption were used for advanced treatment. After modification, DO, MLSS and SV30 can be stabilized at a lower level, the effluent COD concentration was less than 35 mg/L with an average of 31.5 mg/L, and NH3-N concentration was less than 4.20 mg/L with an average of 2.78 mg/L, which meet the first level A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002).
