- 排水系统实时控制能够有效改善系统性能,但是该领域大部分研究是基于模型仿真而非实际工厂应用。提出了面向排水系统实际运行场景的控制策略整体框架,并在此框架基础上给出了控制系统升级流程。选取常州江边污水厂一、二级主要泵站片区作为案例研究区域,开展了控制策略现状分析、优化设计、建模和策略决策、控制系统改造、现场测试调试等工作。结果表明,采用该控制方法能够实现排水系统实时在线控制并满足实际运行的需求。
- Abstract:
- Real-time control of drainage system can effectively improve system performance, but most of the research in this field is based on model simulation rather than practical plant application. In this study, an overall framework of control strategy oriented to the real-time operation scenario of drainage system is proposed, and the control system upgrading process is also applicated based on this framework. We selected the multiple pumping stations of Changzhou Jiangbian wastewater treatment plant as the case area, and carried out the control strategy analysis, optimization design, modeling and strategy decision, control system modification, field test and debugging. The result shows that this control method can achieve the drainage system real-time control in actual scenario.
