- 针对关闭煤矿井涌水污染治理问题,设计了经济适用可持续的无动力跌曝交迭滤床处理技术,并成功应用于四川广元市关闭煤矿的涌水治理工程,取得了较好的处理效果和社会经济效益。该工程设计规模为11 664 m3/d,矿井水经过处理后,出水水质完全满足《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》(GB 20426—2006),出水pH保持在6~9,总铁浓度平均值为1.02 mg/L,总锰浓度平均值为0.19 mg/L,悬浮物浓度平均值为15.86 mg/L。运行期间无药剂添加,无提升动力费,该技术可用于涌水量大、场地较为充足、具有一定高程差地区的关闭煤矿涌水治理。
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the pollution control problem of closed coal mine water inflow, an economical and sustainable treatment technology of unpowered overlapping drop-aeration filter bed is designed and applied to the treatment projects of closed coal mine water inflow in Guangyuan, Sichuan Province, which has good treatment effects and social economic benefits. The design treatment capacity of the project is 11 664 m3/d. The effluent quality could meet the requirements in Emission Standard for Pollutants from Coal Industry (GB 20426-2006). After the mine water is processed, the pH of the treated water maintains at 6-9, and the concetrations of total iron, total manganese and suspended solids is 1.02 mg/L, 0.19 mg/L and 15.86 mg/L respectively. There is no addition of chemicals and no power costs during operation of project. This technology can be used to control the closed coal mine water inflow where the amount of water inflow is large, the site is relatively sufficient, and there is a certain elevation difference.
