- 宁波市F污水处理厂原一期工程采用AO工艺,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B标准。为了提高出水水质,对厂区进行提标改造,拆除原一期工艺,新建AAO+MBR膜处理系统,设计出水水质执行地表类Ⅳ类标准。针对MBR工艺调试中出现的高电耗、TN去除率偏低、碳源投加量偏高等问题展开研究,使电耗降低6.6%、碳源投加量降低28.7%、PAC药剂投加量降低3.8%,提标改造及优化运行后使出水TN由16.4 mg/L降低至9.3 mg/L,出水TP由0.61 mg/L降低至0.21 mg/L,出水COD由19.69 mg/L降低至15.55 mg/L。
- Abstract:
- The original phase Ⅰ project of F municipal wastewater treatment plant in Ningbo adopted AO process, and the effluent quality was required to meet the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). To improve the effluent quality and increase the discharge standard to surface water Class Ⅳ standard, the plant was upgraded by dismantling the original phase Ⅰ process and constructing a new AAO+MBR treatment process. The measures for solving the problems were explored such as high power consumption, low TN removal rate and high carbon source dosage in MBR commissioning. After upgrading and optimizing the operation, the power consumption was reduced by 6.6%, and the dosages of carbon source and PAC were reduced by 28.7% and 3.8%, respectively. In addition, the effluent TN decreased from 16.4 mg/L to 9.3 mg/L, the effluent TP decreased from 0.61 mg/L to 0.21 mg/L, and the effluent COD decreased from 19.69 mg/L to 15.55 mg/L.
