- 青岛市城阳区某污水处理厂需在4.48 hm2的可用地范围内,完成规模10×104 m3/d扩建、5×104 m3/d改建工程,出水执行一级A标准,且要求工程建设不影响污水厂的正常运行。设计中采用高效集约的“五段Bardenpho+MBR”工艺保证出水达标;采取拆旧立新的措施获取土地资源;采用拆分规模、将同功能构筑物(生物池、MBR膜池)布置于不同区域,区域内多组构筑物(预处理段、生物处理段)联建,以渠道连接进出水的方式提高空间利用率;设计优化施工顺序,实现了工程建设期不停产、水量水质达标的建设要求。运行实践表明,本工程所选取的处理工艺和设计参数抗冲击负荷能力强、可靠度高、处理效果优异,能够确保出水水质达标。
- Abstract:
- An expansion project (10×104 m3/d) and reconstruction project (5×104 m3/d) were constructed in a WWTP in Chengyang District, Qingdao. The available land area is 4.48 hm2, the effluent quality needs to meet the first level A limit specified in the national discharge standard, and the construction is required not to affect the normal operation of the WWTP. In the design, the efficient and intensive “five-stage Bardenpho and MBR” process was adopted to ensure that the effluent quality reaches the discharge standard. The construction area was obtained by demolishing the old facilities. The following ways were adopted to improve the space utilization rate: splitting the scale and arrange the same functional structures (biological tank, MBR membrane tank) in different areas; Joint construction of multiple groups of structures (pretreatment section and biological treatment section); Connection of the inlet and outlet water through channels. The construction sequence was optimized in the design, and the requirements of non-stop production and reaching the effluent quality and quantity standard were realized during the construction period. The operation practice showed that the treatment process and design parameters selected in this project had strong impact load resistance, high reliability, excellent treatment performance, and was capable of ensuring the effluent quality meeting the discharge standard.
