摘要:
优质饮用水入户工程的建设是解决城市供水“最后一公里”和“供水中间层”管理不规范问题的重要手段，但在优质饮水工程实施过程中，往往存在着改造项目摸排不彻底、管理混乱及改造范围不明晰等问题。以深圳市宝安区为例，介绍了以往优质饮水工程改造的经验与教训，通过建立小区清单化与档案化管理，并结合GIS信息化手段对优质饮水工程项目进行全面系统的创新管理。在此基础上，同步建立小区供水管网及二次供水设施评估模型并对项目改造范围进行评定，确保改造合理与投资精准。
Abstract:
The construction of high quality household drinking water project is an important means to solve the non-standard management problem of “last mile” and “middle layer of water supply”in urban water supply. However, in the implementing process, there are often problems such as incomplete layout of reconstruction project, chaotic management and unclear reconstruction scope. Taking Bao’an District in Shenzhen as an example, we elaborate the experience of the previous reconstruction of high quality household drinking water project. Through establishing the community list and file, and combined with GIS information means, we carry out a comprehensive and systematic innovative management of high quality household drinking water project. On this basis, we establish the evaluation model of drinking water network and secondary water supply facilities in urban residential area to evaluate the scope of reconstruction, and ensure reasonable reconstruction and accurate investment.
