食品工业废水委托水质净化厂处理的实践与探究

- 以深圳市M水质净化厂为例,探讨工业废水委托水质净化厂处理的成效。通过对比试点前后水质净化厂进水主要污染物负荷、B/C、C/N、C/P及其他特征污染物的变化情况,发现试点后水质净化厂的出水水质可稳定达标排放,食品工业废水中含有的动植物油、阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)也未对水质净化厂进水水质造成明显影响。进水B/C、C/N、C/P没有出现规律性提升。但从理论上分析,食品工业废水仅占同时期M水质净化厂处理水量的0.46%,然而BOD5负荷却占到进水总负荷的7.41%,还是对水质净化厂进水BOD5的提升做出了一定贡献。
- Abstract:
- The effectiveness of outsourced treatment of industrial wastewater in M sewage purification plant in Shenzhen was discussed. The changes of the main pollutant load, B/C ratio, C/N ratio, C/P ratio and other characteristic pollutants in influent of the sewage purification plant were compared before and after the pilot outsourced treatment of food industry wastewater in M sewage purification plant. The quality of effluent from the pilot sewage purification plant stably met the discharge standard, and the animal and vegetable oil and LAS contained in the food industry wastewater did not significantly affect the influent quality of the sewage purification plant. The influent B/C ratio, C/N ratio and C/P ratio did not show regular increase. The theoretical analysis indicated that the food industry wastewater only accounted for 0.46% of the influent of M sewage purification plant in the same period. However, the BOD5 loading rate accounted for 7.41% of the total influent loading rate, which still made a certain contribution to the improvement of influent BOD5 entering into the sewage purification plant.
