- 附属设施井室是长距离输水管线工程的关键组成部分,影响着整体工程的建设及安全运营。在某输水管线工程设计中,以传统标准图集所代表的固定化单一功能井室的设计模式为基础,通过多种功能井室的科学合并,阀件、管件的合理组合、布置实现紧凑型优化设计,最终在空气阀井以及复合检修阀井设计中达到了优化目标,总占地面积降低了约50%,实现了节省工程投资的目标。
- Abstract:
- The well chamber for auxiliary facilities is the key component of long distance water transmission pipeline project, which affects the construction and safe operation of the whole project. In the design of a water transmission pipeline project, based on the design mode of invariable single function well chamber represented by the traditional standard atlas, the compact optimization design was realized through the scientific combination of multifunctional well chambers and the reasonable combination and arrangement of valves and pipe fittings. Finally, the optimization goal was achieved in the design of air valve chamber and multifunction servicing valve chamber, the total floor area was reduced by approximately 50%, and the goal of saving project investment was realized.
