- 铅锌选矿废水具有高pH、高钙、高悬浮物、高COD,并含有大量残余选矿药剂与重金属离子的特点,采用常规碳酸钠软化技术处理时存在加药量大、运行费用高等不足。采用液体CO2软化/电化学氧化/超滤(UF)组合工艺,可以实现对钙离子、COD与悬浮物的高效去除。实际废水处理工程(7 500 m3/d)运行结果表明,处理出水水质优于《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466—2010),可直接回用至铅锌选矿生产工序,处理成本为2.53元/m3。
- Abstract:
- Lead-zinc beneficiation wastewater has the characteristics of high pH, high calcium, high suspended solids, high COD, and contains a large number of residual beneficiation reagents and heavy metal ions. The conventional sodium carbonate softening technology has the deficiency of large dosage and high operating cost. The combined process of liquid carbon dioxide softening/electrochemical oxidation/ultrafiltration is adopted to realize the efficient removal of calcium ions, COD and suspended solids. The actual operation results of a project with capacity of 7 500 m3/d show that the effluent is superior to the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry (GB 25466-2010), which can be directly reused in lead-zinc beneficiation production process, with operating cost of 2.53 yuan/m3.
