- 嘉兴市域外配水工程主干线上游段需穿越杭州城区,为充分利用城市空间资源,采用了盾构隧洞内置DN3 200半埋式钢管的结构型式。输水钢管底部设置连续混凝土或水泥砂浆底座,管道底座与盾构管片间设置3道SBS油毡隔离层。隧洞内钢管连续设置,不设置伸缩节,隧洞中部钢管底座与管片之间的摩擦力约束管道通水后的温度变形,两端0~450 m范围内钢管与隧洞管片之间的轴向相对变形由设置在管道端部的伸缩节予以补偿。此种结构型式具有节约城市空间资源、环境友好的优点,隧洞内置钢管后的富余空间可以作为管道检修通道及弱电管廊使用。
- Abstract:
- The upstream trunk main section of water distribution project outside Jiaxing City needs to pass through the urban area of Hangzhou City, and the semi-buried steel pipe with nominal diameter of DN3 200 is adopted in the shield tunnel to make full use of urban space resources. A concrete or cement mortar foundation is set at the bottom of the delivery pipe, and three SBS linoleum isolation layers are set between the foundation and the shield segment. The steel pipe is installed continuously in the shield tunnel without setting expansion joint. The friction between the foundation and the pipe segment in the middle of the tunnel restricts the temperature deformation of the pipe after delivering water, and the relative axial deformation between the steel pipe and the tunnel segment within the range of 0-450 m at both ends is compensated by the expansion joint set at the end of the pipe. This type of structure has the advantages of saving urban space resources and friendly environment. The extra space in the tunnel can be used as the maintenance passage of the pipeline and the weak current utility tunnel.
