- 河北省某高品质饮用水厂远期总规模为35×104 m3/d,现状规模为19×104 m3/d,其中一期规模为15×104 m3/d,应急扩容规模为4×104 m3/d。水源为南水北调中线干渠和本地水库,具有夏季高浊高藻和冬季低温低浊的水质特点,水厂采用混凝沉淀过滤强化常规处理+臭氧活性炭深度处理的组合处理及紫外线与二氧化氯联合消毒工艺。项目总投资为80 200万元,经营成本为0.65元/m3(不包括水资源费)。实际运行表明,水厂出水浊度≤0.30 NTU,CODMn≤2.0 mg/L,水质优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求,且更进一步达到了《饮用净水水质标准》(CJ 94—2005)的高品质饮用水要求。
- Abstract:
- The total long?term scale of a high?quality drinking water plant in Hebei Province is 35×104 m3/d, and the current scale is 19×104 m3/d, of which the scale of phase Ⅰ project is 15×104 m3/d, and the emergency expansion scale is 4×104 m3/d. The water sources are the main canal of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the local reservoirs, which has the characteristics of high turbidity and high algae in summer and low temperature and low turbidity in winter. The waterworks adopts the combined treatment process consisting of enhanced conventional treatment process (coagulation, precipitation, filtration), ozone-activated carbon advanced treatment and combined disinfection process consisting of ultraviolet and chlorine dioxide disinfection. The total investment of the project is 802.00 million yuan, and the operating cost is 0.65 yuan/m3 (excluding the water resources charge). The turbidity in effluent from the waterworks is less than 0.30 NTU, the CODMn is less than 2.0 mg/L, and the water quality is better than the requirements specified in Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006), and further meets the high-quality drinking water requirements specified in Water Quality Standards for Fine Drinking Water (CJ 94-2005).
