摘要:
安龙场白酒废水处理厂处理规模为1.5×104 m3/d，是目前贵州省规模最大的酱香型白酒废水处理厂，主要处理当地白酒企业的工业废水。针对该项目进水浓度高、波动大及出水标准要求高的情况，预处理采用旋转过滤器、调节池、反应沉淀、反应气浮工艺，生化处理采用厌氧反应器+A/O-A-MBR工艺，深度处理采用催化芬顿、高效沉淀、机械过滤工艺，处理后出水水质达到《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》（GB 27631—2011）中水污染物特别排放限值要求。该项目用地紧张，现状场地高差大，总投资60 277.85万元，单位处理成本18.14元/m3。
Abstract:
The treatment scale of Anlongchang liquor brewing wastewater treatment plant is 1.5×104 m3/d. It is the largest sauce-flavor liquor brewing wastewater treatment plant in Guizhou at present, which mainly treats the industrial wastewater from local liquor brewing factories. In view of the high concentration, large fluctuation and high effluent discharge standard requirements of the wastewater, the pretreatment process consists of rotary filter, regulating tank, sedimentation tank and air flotation, the biochemical treatment process includes anaerobic reactor and A/O-A-MBR, and the advanced treatment process is catalytic Fenton, high-efficiency sedimentation tank and mechanical filtration. The effluent quality meets the special discharge limits of water pollutants specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermentation Alcohol and Distilled Spirits Industry (GB 27631-2011). The project is characterized by limited footprint area and high attitude difference of the site. The total investment is 602.778 5 million yuan, and the unit treatment cost is 18.14 yuan/m3.
